December is already here, and we hope you have a wonderful festive season. It's time to start thinking about it.
Of note the surprising and impressive increase in the TP02 index of almost 2.48% (132.8 in August 2024 and 136.10 in August 2025), ironically, the TP02 fell back to 135.7 in September! These fluctuations are truly baffling! We do not understand why this index is so unstable over a period of 1 to 2 months. We still have not heard from Mr Fontes. We renewed our request for a meeting last week and are waiting for his response. Let us hope that this will be successful.
We have not received any reports of particular problems and hope that this continues. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the town hall for maintaining our ‘green’ areas on Avenue de la Mont Joye, and also thank the people from the integration projects who are doing a very good job. We would like to remind you that the ‘green’ area on Avenue de la Mont Joye is still owned by Port Croisade and that the town hall maintains it for our enjoyment. The transfer of this area has never been completed; according to our information, this is due to an incomplete file.

ntoine and his wife Olga run an organic farm in a village in Galicia, in north-western Spain. Although the French couple does their best to integrate into the community, the locals continue to view them as intruders.
